Seven Times I Will Praise You

"Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments." — Psalm 119:164

I felt led to share this with you.

Praise isn't something we reserve for Sunday morning. It's a discipline — a decision we make, again and again, throughout the day, whether we feel like it or not.

That's the heart behind this praise schedule. Seven scriptures, seven simple declarations, meant to anchor you in praise no matter what the day brings.

A quick note before you dive in: these are prayer points, not a script. Let them stir your own words of praise for all He has done in your life. Make it personal. Make it yours.

1. Psalm 150:6

"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!"

I declare that every breath in me is a praise offering. As long as I breathe, I will praise the Lord!

2. Psalm 100:4

"Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name."

I declare that I enter His presence with thanksgiving and praise on my lips, giving thanks to His name.

3. Psalm 34:1

"I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth."

I declare that I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise will continually be in my mouth — in the good and in the hard seasons.

4. Psalm 95:1

"Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!"

I declare a joyful noise unto the Rock of my salvation. I sing to the Lord who has saved me!

5. Psalm 145:3

"Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable."

I declare that the Lord is great and greatly to be praised. His greatness is beyond my understanding, and still I will praise Him.

6. Psalm 103:1

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name."

I declare, bless the Lord, O my soul! Every part of me — mind, body, and spirit — blesses His holy name.

7. Hebrews 13:15

"Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name."

I declare that I will continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God — the fruit of lips that acknowledge His name, no matter the cost.

Set your alarms. Seven times a day. Let praise become your discipline.

Not every disciple is disciplined — but you can be.
